Mathieu COCQ is SFR’s permanent representative at SRR and its subsidiary SMR.

In addition to his new management role at SRR and its subsidiary SMR, Mathieu Cocq will continue to develop Altice’s telecom activities in the Antilles-French Guyana region (Outremer Telecom, WSG et MTVC), reporting to Jean-Michel Hegesippe. 

Mathieu Cocq began his career in 1999 at consultancy Braxton Associés, where he carried out several assignments on behalf of telecom operators and access providers such as Cegetel-SFR and AOL Time Warner. In 2006, he joined investment fund Apax Partners, in the Media & Telecom department. As Principal, he supervised in particular companies such as Prosodie, Arkadin, InfoPro Digital et Outremer Telecom. In 2011, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Outremer Telecom. Between 2013 and 2017, Mathieu Cocq supervised the development of Altice’s businesses in France’s overseas territories and in the Dominican Republic.

Mathieu Cocq is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and the University of Columbia.
