Philippe Logak
Company Secretary of SFR
Philippe Logak, Master of Requests at the Council of State and an engineer trained at the Ecole Polytechnique, has been appointed Company Secretary of SFR.
The 41-year-old is the former Deputy Manager of the office of the Keeper of Seals and was Minister of Justice from May 2008 to July 2009 and legal advisor to the office of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry from May 2007 to May 2008.
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Paris, Philippe Logak was a weapons engineer at the General Delegation for Ordnance in France’s Ministry of Defence (1995-1999), auditor and then Master of Requests at the Council of State (1999-2003), lawyer at the Bredin Prat law firm (2003-2005), then assistant manager at the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry (2005-2007).
